The following terms and conditions govern the business relationship set forth between you as a customer and Panic Fashion regarding the purchase of our products.
Your order is received by us via Email. We will work on orders done by cash on delivery or payment in advance. Order from outside Germany are only possible by payment in advance.
Orders are granted, when you receive a confirmation email or the order is delivered.
The agreed product prices are in EURO (EUR) including value tax (16%) excluding shipping & handling and cash on delivery charge ( only when ordered by cash on delivery). These costs are listed separately.
SHIPPING
We try to handle your order as soon as posible.
If there a delays in your delivery we will inform you as soon as posible.
Shipping to foreign country (outside Germany) and not EU-Countrys:
Shipping only by Payment in advance, cash on delivery is not possible.

Shipping:
We deliver with the DPD (Deutscher Paketdienst) or German Post.
Minimum order value:
In our Panic Fashion onlineshop we have a minimum order value of 20.00€ .
Delivery:
Please take care that the products can be delivered to you. DPD and the German Post deliver during the day. If you are during that time not at home, you can specify as your delivery adress the adress of your neighbor or your "at work" adress. This is what we recommend to you.
DPD tries to deliver three times, at the post the package is stored up to 7 days. After these periods with no successfull delivery the package will be send back to us. These additional costs we will charge you for, before we resend the package again.
If you can collect the package only on special days, please write us at your order your desired delivery date.
Not accepting or denying the ordered products will be charged at your cost. This charge will also arise when the customer specifies a wrong delivery adress.
The charged costs are calculated from the cost for the delivery and a handling charge of 6 EURO.
Transport insurance & transport damages:
All items of delivery are insured against breaking an loss without additional costs up to 520 EURO.
If the item of delivery has transport damages, please confirm these damages on the delivery order in front of the postman. Every damange must be immediately disclosed to the postman.
HANDLING
We offer the following paying methods:
Cash on delivery
At this payment method you pay cash directly at the delivery adress. Following costs will arise: 4.00 EUR for cash on delivery service from DPD.
In addition there is a shipping price of 4,50 EURO (Shipping price = package charge of 2,50 EURO + delivery charge of 2,00 EURO).
Payment in advance (payment before shipping)
At this payment method the cash on delivery charge is not applicable, so you only have the shipping price of 4,50 EURO (Shipping price = package charge of 2,50 EURO + delivery charge of 2,00 EURO).
Upon receipt of the whole order amount on our account, we will send you your ordered products.

PAYPAL
Using Online PayPal Invoice Email is like you are sending your money from your PayPal account to our PayPal account (Panic Fashion). Our PayPal Invoice which is emailed to you will indicate the amount of money you have to pay for your purchase with us.
To use this method for your payment, you may already have a www.paypal.com account, or if not you can apply directly from our PayPal Invoice Email which is sent to you. Payment with this method is easy and safe and paypal supports banktransfer and creditcard payment (VISA, AMEX…)
When filling out an order in our shopping cart system, select Paypal as your payment method. You will receive our auto-replied email regarding to your order detail, and within 24 hours we will email you an electronic invoice from PayPal.
When you receive our Online PayPal Invoice Email, simply follow the guideline until you complete your payment.
After your payment is approved by your bank, you will receive auto-replied emails from PayPal to confirm your payment.
Risk of damage to or loss of your chosen products shall pass to you on delivery of them.
Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in your chosen products or any other provision of this Agreement property in your chosen products shall not pass to you until we receive cleared funds payment in full of the price of your chosen products.
You can exchange the products within 14 Days after receiving the goods. Transportation costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Notice on products with individual prints:
The printing is done individually as wished by the customer, so we can NOT accept exchange or return of this product! To prevent choosing a wrong size read our sizetables and measurements carefully. We will also help you, the best we can, to find the best fitting size for you, but in that case we need you to have corectly filled out your sizecard.
Panic Fashion offers a 14-day money back trial period for your ordering contract. Trial period begins from the next day when we have sent the order. Cancellation requests must be sent to us via e-mail or phone. Send your cancelation to:

Transportation costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is obliged to immediately check the delivered items for defects after receipt and to inform Panic Fashion about them.
If this is not done the customer deems the products acceptable. Generally, there is no right for return for items the customer has ordered by mistake or by incorrect assumptions.
If, out of goodwill Panic Fashion agrees to a return, the items have to be returned in the original unopened package.
Transportation costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please notice:
In case of return the contract will be canceled and the returning payment will be done after receiving back the goods. Please tell us a reason for your return and don´t forget to send us your banc account data.
The amount of the returning payment is always without shipping costs. We will only credit you the price of the product!! If the products show traces of use or parts of the delivery are missing, we are authorised to demand compensation.
Notice on products with individual prints:

You may only claim for indemnity if the damage is made on purpose and gross carelessness by us.
For any dispute resolution the German law is applicable. Prevalence concerning the agreement of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for International Trade of the 11th April 1980 (CISG) is excluded.
Should certain articles of these terms and conditions prove to be ineffective they do not harm the validity of the other articles.
The protection of your data and personal rights and the observance of your right of informational self-determination with regard to the collection, processing and use of your personal data are important for us.
Personal data are collected, processed and used by Panic Fashion in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act and other relevant data protection regulations for the purpose of providing support and information for our customers and potential customers and for handling the services offered.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate.
